  They are good at tricking you with false advertisement and marketing, I can assure you they don't care about you. You get frequent emails about all products on their website being 50% off, and you think it's a pretty good deal. But after all sales discount and once you make a purcahse, the bill will be converted to US dollars and you will end up paying a lot more. When I asked about it, they gave me a BS reason. They are not US based, but Ontatrio based company. So it makes no sense to charge domestic customers in US dollars. Of course, they don't tell you that upfront. So essentially, all sales are useless and a trick to lure you in. If you buy their products from a retailer in Ontario, you will pay in CDN dollad but there will be no 50% sales. Get it ? When I emailed them several times to confront about this, they didn't responde to me except once when they did, they gave me BS reasons that I rejected all together. Point is that, they are an expensive brand as pricey their products are as it is, don't be fooled by 50% sale on their website because that is worthless for Canadian LOCAL customers. They are simply using US dollar to rip off domestic Canadian customers and use 50% sale as a marketing lure in to attract customers. Oh and did I mention that once you subscribe you email to get deals from them, most of the time, they will send you useless marketing emails that would like like information but it will end with trying to sell you another product, every time! They even have their own store apparently in Bellville, but even if you all the way out there, they will not give you 50% on anything like it says on website from time to time. I've written enough and I think every one should know what's going on here. Screw you Bluestar! I'm better off buying equally or better quality products from other brands at a much better price, and hey I will not pay in US dollars. I'm not the average dumb customer!
