  Normally, I find YIG to have higher prices than No Frills, and do not shop there very often. But this week they advertised an Orange Cream Pie that sounded worth trying. When I went to pick one up, I found at least half a dozen other items that were either on sale for a great price or were new and different. I came home with some real treats for my wife and me.

  Good quality, but not a place I would go full on grocery shopping. Their store is clean and organized but the prices can come down a little bit. Produce looks very nice, and a good selection of meat products. Never had an issue with the staff either.

  The staff is always friendly and food quality is excellent. They have a fantastic organic section. I only rated it 4 stars because although they often have good sales, the prices are generally significantly higher than other big local stores.

  My favorite place to shop. The manager Greg Mcmurter is a personal friend. Great specials each week with top notch seafood. Meat and produce.
