- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Enployee got my order wrong April 14th. Stated it didn't look anything like what I ordered and she said "well it is." Mentioned this to Mr. Sub online and sent them pictures of what I actually ordered versus what I received and mentioned the poor customer service as well. Was told this should not have happened and that they would look into the matter. An employee then asked for my address and mailed me a coupon for a free 12" classic sub. Today I tried to redeem this coupon and the OWNER wouldn't accept it. She kept asking where I got it and after explaining the whole situation and that her employee messed up the first time, she just proceeded to mock the situation and say I should have said something...well that's exactly what I did.
