  This Tim Hortons has the WORST late night service. I work long hours threwout the day as I work two job's. Every time I come to this Tim's for just ONE coffee after I'm done work I'm always waiting 15 minutes at the minimum. They only have two people on after 8 but yet everytime I'm at this tim's around 9 or 10 there is a line up of people waiting for there order to even be taken and everytime people walk out in frustration. It's much easier to send someone home or keep someone an hour later to ensure better service. But yet when I explained my frustrations(after waiting 15 min for a single coffee that wasn't even properly made) the manager she said "our labors on point". Why are people waiting every night for your labor cost!!?? No one at this tim's gives the same service no night managers deal with complaints properly! Bad training and bad service! If you have a late night coffee order go to any tim's but this one!

  I drive by 2 other tim hortons as i know the chances of my coffe being right is much much higher than any other in town
