  Ordered chicken bacon ranch wrap, got Philly chicken? Didn't even know that existed. Went back in to get a new one, staff were extremely rude, Burnt the wrap, and didn't put ranch or any of the vegetables back on. Asked then to correct it again and they said "that's how it's supposed to be have a good day"

  This location (dundas street by the bay bridge) serves burned tasting coffee unless it's peak time, consistently. I don't even bother taking it back anymore cause its just replaced with another burned drink. Instead I go to the Bayview mall location to have it replaced, because your not going to be served burned coffee at the bayview mall location. Honest 9/10 times the coffee is undrinkable (from dundas bay bridge location) so now I just order hot choclate from this location if I don't feel like crossing town, because you can't burn it... lived around the corner from this location 2 years and gone there a few times a week for 10 years. Not kidding its consistently bad. Sydney and bridge st location is just as bad or worse then this one
